Sudip Mondal, PhD

👋Hi there, I'm Sudip

I’m a Computational Biology researcher and worked as a Research Scientist and Data Engineer with a skill set in Python, Pyspark, AWS, Azur Databricks, Airflow, SQL, R, Java, and Machine learning (ML).

👀 My research interests primarily lie in RNA-seq data analysis and biological big data exploration. I have sharpened skills in Sequence alignment and analysis, de novo transcriptome assembly, survival analysis using diverse statistical and machine learning techniques, and the development of biological sequence databases.

🌱 I’m currently acquiring proficiency in various aspects of RNA-seq data analysis, single-cell analysis, multi-omics data integration, and the integration of machine learning (ML) and deep learning methodologies.

💞️ I’m looking to collaborate on Computational Biology, ML research work.

📫 In my free time, I like cooking, driving, working at my house, and spending time with family and friends.
